We are looking for an experienced sales manager to provide strategic direction, leadership and management for the local sales team in Estonia. This is an exciting and challenging career opportunity to join a global leading pharmaceutical company.

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy). Postgraduate education in Business or Economics would be desirable and advantageous.
  • At least 4-5 years of commercial and/or people management experience within the pharmaceutical industry (ideally in Hospital care business).
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence).
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
  • High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results.
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and initiating sales plans to achieve agreed sales and growth targets;
  • Participating in the development of country strategy and operating plans;
  • Being responsible for sales force recruitment, training and development;
  • Holding full P&L and sales budget responsibility;
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with other departments (marketing, medical, etc.);
  • Communicating with KOLs and key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc);
  • Identifying country market business potential and managing resources to exploit opportunities;
  • Reporting to the regional Sales Director.
