A global pharmaceutical company is looking to appoint a Medical Manager for its affiliate in Lithuania, who will be responsible for the development and execution of medical plans to support the strategic and operational goals of the business.

Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences (ideally Medical Doctor or postgraduate in Medicine, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, etc.);
- At least 2-3 years of experience dealing with Medical Affairs activities in an innovative pharmaceutical company (review of promotional materials, medical education, medical writing, study design, study evaluation, expert panel conduct, symposium and workshop management, KOL management, etc.);
- Strong existing professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Prepared to travel locally (up to 40-50% of the time) and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement medical strategies for the company’s products;
- Provide medical and scientific expertise across multi-functional teams;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, patient groups and other institutions;
- Coordinate advisory boards, expert and scientific meetings;
- Ensure accuracy of medical content and scientific messages (promotional and non-promotional);
- Provide medical education and compliance training;
- Gather competitive intelligence and maintain in-depth knowledge;
- Oversee and support local clinical trial opportunities and initiatives;
- Report to the regional Medical Director.
