A challenging career opportunity became available for an experienced Product Manager to join a global innovative pharmaceutical company in Estonia. The chosen candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies for the company’s oncology and immunology portfolio.

Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy. Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous;
- At least 2-3 years Marketing experience within an innovative pharmaceutical company, including new product launches;
- Good market knowledge and existing solid professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (ideally in Oncology/Haematology or Immunology areas);
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence);
- Fluency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken. The ability to speak Russian would be advantageous;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and implementating local marketing strategies;
- Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis;
- Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines;
- Full budget responsibility for assigned product portfolio;
- Preparating sales plans, forecasts and targets;
- Communicating with KOLs and other key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc);
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
- Supporting Market Access and Medical Affairs teams on product related issues;
- Reporting directly to the regional Business Unit Manager.
