A global originator pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Medical Representative based in southern Estonia (Tartu, Põlva, Võru, Valga or Viljandi county) to take care of its Internal Medicine and Vaccine products.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Life Sciences. Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous; OR
- Two years of pharmaceutical sales experience within an international company (ideally originator);
- Established professional relationships with primary care physicians (i.e. general practitioners, internists) and specialist doctors (ideally cardiologists, immunologists);
- Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, etc.);
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
- Valid Driver’s license;
- Prepared to travel locally (up to 70%) and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for business growth;
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key decision-makers and influencers;
- Analysing market reports and activities of competitors;
- Providing input for the brand strategy and tactical plans (product launch, budgeting, forecasting, etc.);
- Implementing and adapting promotional materials for the local market;
- Planning and carrying out strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Direct reporting to the local Sales Lead.
