A challenging career opportunity became available for an experienced Product Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing strategies for the company’s portfolio of Infectious Diseases products across the Baltic States.

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous;
  • At least 4 years marketing experience within innovative pharmaceutical company;
  • Good market knowledge and excellent relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and suppliers;
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence);
  • luency in Lithuanian/Latvian/Estonian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
  • High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results;
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally (up to 30%).

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementing and executing marketing strategies at the Baltic level;
  • Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis;
  • Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines;
  • Responsibility for marketing budget of assigned product portfolio;
  • Preparation of plans and programmes to achieve long/short term targets;
  • Communicating with KOLs and key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc.);
  • Providing product support to Market Access and Field Force teams;
  • Reporting to the regional Business Unit Manager.
