As part of their expansion plan, company is now looking to appoint a Commercial Manager for the Baltic States. The chosen candidate will be developing and implementing strategic and operational plan for all three countries.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Life Sciences (preferably a medical doctor or pharmacist), ideally backed by postgraduate degree in Economics, Business or Marketing;
  • At least 5 years experience working either as a Business Unit Manager/Director, Commercial Manager or General Manager within innovative Pharmaceutical company;
  • Vast knowledge and experience in Tender Negotiations and Market Access processes in the country, along side with a proven track record of successfully gained reimbursements;
  • Familiar with local regulatory requirements and has experience in product launching;
  • Business acumen with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
  • High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results;
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute company’s plans involving all aspects of the business: distribution, sales, marketing, medical, administration, finance, business development, as well as building of the organisation;
  • Initiate the most effective and timely strategy to obtain Market Access for products across all three countries. Establishing strong and ethical relationships with key Policy Makers and Budget Holders;
  • Drive sustainable business growth by achieving sales goals of existing and future products, as well as maintaining and building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders;
  • Promote company’s products by regularly visiting potential customers, conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
  • Acting as a main point of contact for all queries related to Regulatory and Medical Affairs. Ensuring full compliance with all global and local regulatory requirements for safety data management and reporting;
  • Holding overall P&L responsibility for the business, including budget planning and managing;
  • Regular reporting directly to the Regional Director.
