An innovative global Medical Device company, one of the market leaders in its field, is expanding in Baltic States and is looking to appoint their first Product Specialist in Latvia. The chosen candidate will be promoting their products and providing technical/clinical support to their customers across all three Baltic countries.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience working either as a Key Account Manager or Product Specialist within Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry (ideally with Electrophysiology or Interventional Cardiology products).
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
  • High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results.
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promoting products and their features by regularly visiting potential customers, conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
  • Maintaining existing and building new relationships with the customers;
  • Prepare and submit pricing quotations and tender pricing submission;
  • Educating and providing product trainings to the customers;
  • Acting as a prime contact in resolving any possible issues or queries;
  • Analysing activities of competitors within the same region;
  • Supporting on implementation of promotional materials;
  • Utilisation of CRM and fulfilment of the sales plan;
  • Regular reporting directly to the Regional Director.
