Job Description
Due to expansion, an innovative global pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Key Account Specialist for the newly created role in Estonia. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the company’s hospital care products for cancer treatment.

Requirements
- University degree (ideally in Life Sciences or Pharmacy);
- At least 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in an international company;
- Strong existing professional relationships with Specialist doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (ideally in Oncology / Haematology area);
- Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, tender process, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence;
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of spoken Russian would be an advantage;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
- Valid Driver’s license;
- Prepared to travel locally (up to 70%) and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for business growth;
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key decision-makers and influencers (e.g. hospital heads, pharmacies and procurement);
- Analysing market reports and activities of competitors;
- Collaborating with the marketing team on implementation and adaptation of promotional materials and supporting (pre)launch activities;
- Closely cooperating with medical affairs and market access colleagues;
- Planning and carrying out strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Reporting to the regional Brand Manager.
