A global pharmaceutical company is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Manager in Estonia to provide strategic direction, leadership and development to its local sales and marketing team. In this challenging role, you will also be responsible for planning and implementing portfolio strategies by evaluating, prioritising and optimising the company’s product portfolio on the country level.

Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy. Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous;
- At least 3-4 years of commercial and people management experience within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. Commercial Manager, Business Unit Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, etc.);
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence);
- High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results;
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to drive revenue growth;
- Managing marketing and sales force teams (up to 7 direct reports) and taking care of their training and development;
- Holding full P&L and budget responsibility;
- Building strong collaborative relationships with other departments (medical affairs, market access, etc);
- Communicating with KOLs and key customers (hospitals, government institutions, patient advocacy groups, etc);
- Identifying country market business potential and managing resources to exploit opportunities;
- Reporting directly to the Baltic Commercial Lead.
