A global innovative pharmaceutical company is strengthening its operational presence in the Baltics and is looking to appoint a Market Access Associate, who will support Market Access team on high-priority projects across all three countries. Requirements

  • University degree in Life Sciences or Economics (ideally Health Economics or Pharmacogenomics);
  • At least 2 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a function that contributes to optimising market access;
  • Familiar with market access (pricing, reimbursement, health economics) issues;
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills;
  • Fluency in Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
  • Ability to search scientific literature, clinical studies and combine data from various sources;
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Taking part in value proposition creation for specific products;
  • Contributing to all necessary projects and actions to fill the gaps in the value proposition and optimizing the market access situation in Baltics;
  • Supporting preparations of high quality reimbursement applications, including health economic materials;
  • Monitoring pricing and reimbursement environment in Baltics;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional/regional teams for health economic studies and real world evidence generation;
  • Liaising with Healthcare Organizations, Public and Governmental Institutions.
