Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy). Postgraduate education in Business or Economics would be desirable and advantageous;
  • At least 5 years sales and people management experience within the pharmaceutical industry (ideally with Hospital products);
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence).
  • Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
  • High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results;
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and initiating sales plans to achieve agreed sales and growth targets;
  • Participating in the development of country strategy and operating plans;
  • Being responsible for sales force recruitment, training and development;
  • Holding full P&L and sales budget responsibility;
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with other departments (marketing, medical, etc.);
  • Communicating with KOLs and key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc.);
  • Identifying country market business potential and managing resources to exploit opportunities;
  • Reporting to the regional regional Sales Director.
