A global Pharmaceutical company is looking to appoint a Pharmacovigilance Country Head to ensure safe and appropriate use of company’s products on a country level.

Requirements
- Degree in Life Science (ideally Medical, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or Veterinary);
- At least 2-3 years experience in Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance within Global Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company;
- Strong organizational and process management skills;
- Fluency in English and Slovak, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Ability to take personal responsibility and accountability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing medical guidance in pharmacovigilance matters;
- Assuring compliance with national and relevant international drug safety regulations;
- Assuring the collection, review, processing and distribution of adverse event information on a country level;
- Local safety issue and crisis management in collaboration with the Headquarter;
- Detection and escalation of local safety observations;
- Educating and training staff within the local organisation;
- Providing medical safety governance to protect the patients and company’s products.
