Job Description
A global innovative pharmaceutical company has opened a newly created role for an experienced Product Manager in Estonia who will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies for the company’s antiviral medicines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree (ideally in Life Sciences). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous.
- At least 2-3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience within an international pharmaceutical company (including new product launches);
- Established professional relationships with primary care physicians (i.e. general practitioners, internists) and specialist doctors (ideally infectiologists, pulmonologists);
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence);
- Fluency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken. The ability to speak Russian would be advantageous;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and implementating local marketing strategies;
- Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis;
- Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines;
- Full budget responsibility for assigned product portfolio;
- Preparating sales plans, forecasts and targets;
- Communicating with KOLs and other key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc);
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
- Supporting Market Access and Medical Affairs teams on product related issues;
- Reporting directly to the regional Business Unit Manager.
