Job Description
A global medical device company is looking to hire an experienced Product Manager in Estonia for its interventional cardiology portfolio. It’s an excellent development opportunity for someone who’s up for a challenge and enthusiastic about the prospect of establishing and coordinating business at the country level.

Requirements
- University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Surgical Nursing or Life Sciences. Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous;
- At least 2-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience within medical device industry (ideally with experience working within operating theatres);
- Good market knowledge and existing solid professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (ideally in Interventional Cardioogy);
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence);
- Fluency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken. The ability to speak Russian would be advantageous;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally (up to 1-2 weeks at a time during training periods).
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing technical and clinical field support for the company’s products;
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with the customers;
- Developing sales and business plans in line with the company’s strategies;
- Taking responsibility for forecasting and budgeting;
- Submitting pricing quotations and managing tenders;
- Acting as a prime contact in resolving any possible issues or queries;
- Analysing activities of competitors within the same region;
- Supporting adoption of promotional materials;
- Regular reporting to the Regional Managing Director.
