An exciting and challenging career opportunity became available for an experienced marketer to join a global pharmaceutical company. This combined role involves conventional planning and implementation of marketing strategies for company’s Neurology portfolio, as well as responsibility for developing integrated multichannel communication plans across the Baltics.

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy), postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous;
  • At least 4 years marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry;
  • Good market knowledge and excellent relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence).
  • Fluency in Latvian/Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
  • High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results.
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementing and executing local marketing strategies;
  • Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis;
  • Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines.
  • Responsibility for marketing budget of assigned portfolio;
  • Preparation of plans and programmes to achieve long/short term targets;
  • Communicating with KOLs and key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc.);
  • Providing product education to Field Force and Customers (in collaboration with medical team);
  • Identifying products that can drive high value and determine Multi Channel Communication model;
  • Ensure differentiation in the market by providing solutions that respond to customer needs;
  • Ensuring channel coordination across all the portfolio;
  • Ensuring products and solution integration at customer level;
  • Reporting to the regional Product Group Manager.
