Pharmacovigilance Manager, CEE

A global innovative pharmaceutical company is looking to hire an experienced Pharmacovigilance Manager who will support and ensure the required compliance and effectiveness of the pharmacovigilance (PV) systems within the CEE cluster and act as a Local Safety Contact in Estonia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences;
  • At least 3-4 years of Drug Safety experience within a pharmaceutical company, pharmacovigilance service provider or medicines agency;
  • Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and post-marketing surveillance activities;
  • Strong organisational and process management skills and the ability to work independently;
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting local affiliates within the assigned cluster in line with the appointed cluster lead;
  • Performing local safety contact activities in Estonia and other affiliates within the cluster when required (backup);
  • Managing PV system in the local affiliates and providing support to commercial teams and PV service suppliers (e.g. PSP, MR, PV training);
  • Maintaining close cross-functional collaboration within local affiliates to facilitate the implementation of global strategy;
  • Coordinating activities of local and/or regional PV service suppliers;
  • Working with a global team to implement PV strategies and ensure compliance at the country level.
  • Reporting directly to the cluster’s PV lead.
