An international pharmaceutical marketing company is looking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Manager for its newly established Consumer Healthcare business in the Baltics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Life Sciences.
- At least 3 years of sales and marketing/product/brand management experience with OTC/CHC products in an international company.
- Established professional relationships with pharmacy chains and/or primary care physicians (i.e. general practitioners).
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Latvian/Lithuanian/Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally (up to 30-40% of the time).
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Implementing and executing local marketing strategies across the Baltics States.
- Preparing plans and programmes to achieve long/short-term targets.
- Planing and controlling the budget to ensure the profitability of the assigned portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key customers (e.g. pharmacy chains, distributors, family doctors, etc.).
- Taking care of sales force recruitment, training and development.
- Monitoring market and competitors’ performance.
- Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines.
- Reporting to the Baltic Country Manager.
