A global producer of single use medical devices is expanding its operational presence in the Nordics and is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team in Sweden. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the development and sales growth of regenerative medicine and transplantation products across the Nordic countries.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Life Sciences (nurse, biologist, veterinarian, etc) or Pharmacy;
  • At least 3 years sales experience in Hospital business within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other Nordic languages would be an advantage;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
  • Prepared to travel locally and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promoting products and their features by regularly visiting potential customers, conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
  • Building new relationships with the customers and maintaining the existing ones;
  • Developing sales and business plans in line with company’s strategies;
  • Taking responsibility for forecasting and budgeting;
  • Submitting pricing quotations and managing tenders (administrative support is provided);
  • Providing support and product training to the customers;
  • Acting as a prime contact in resolving any possible issues or queries;
  • Analysing activities of competitors within the same region;
  • Supporting implementation of promotional materials;
  • Regular reporting to the regional Business Unit Director.
