An exciting and challenging career opportunity became available for an experienced marketer to join a global leading pharmaceutical company in Estonia. This role involves conventional planning and implementation of marketing strategies for company’s Haematology portfolio, as well as field based activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy. Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous;
  • At least 5 years of combined Sales and Marketing experience within an innovative pharmaceutical company, including new product launches;
  • Good market knowledge and excellent relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (ideally Haematology or Oncology);
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence);
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
  • High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results;
  • Prepared to travel locally (up to 40%) and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementing and executing marketing strategies on a country level;
  • Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis;
  • Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines;
  • Responsibility for marketing budget of assigned product portfolio;
  • Preparation of sales plans and programmes to achieve long/short term targets;
  • Communicating with KOLs and key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc);
  • Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
  • Providing product support to Market Access colleagues;
  • Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager.
