One of the leading originator pharmaceutical companies is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager for its affiliate in Estonia, who will be taking care of the company’s speciality care products for cancer treatment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree (ideally in Life Sciences). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous;
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within an international company (ideally originator);
- Established professional relationships with specialist doctors (ideally key opinion leaders in oncology or haematology);
- Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, etc.);
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of spoken Russian would be an advantage;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Valid Driver’s license;
- Prepared to travel locally (up to 70%) and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for business growth;
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key decision-makers and influencers;
- Analysing market reports and activities of competitors;
- Supporting the marketing team on the implementation and adaptation of promotional materials, and (pre)launch activities;
- Closely cooperating with medical affairs and market access colleagues;
- Planning and carrying out strategies to achieve sales targets;
- Direct reporting to the country sales lead.
