Recruitment Services

Pharmadrome offers recruiting solutions with the full range of permanent placement options ranging from contingency to retained search. We apply pro-active recruitment approach (direct search) to identify, evaluate and secure the best talent in the market by engaging both with active and passive candidates.

  • Contingent Search

    We can help you drive business success utilising our contingency recruiting model. Sometimes it makes sense to only pay when the process is complete and your new hire is on board. Contingency recruiting is particularly appropriate for companies looking to fill mid-level to upper management positions on a non-confidential basis.

  • Retained Search

    Retained search service is geared towards difficult-to-fill, confidential and/or senior level management and executive level positions with salaries in excess of €150,000 per year. In a retained search model priority time and resources are allocated by our recruiters and our service fee is paid in three installments throughout the course of the assignment.

  • Interim & Contract Recruitment

    We provide contract and temporary staffing services to support our clients’ urgent projects or development of new departments, with insourcing being the most prominent solution.

Recruitment Process

We apply a pro-active, strategic and process driven approach to each search in order to source and select the best talent available in the marketplace.

  • Analysis

    We begin our search process by discussing our client’s needs in order to determine the ideal profile of the candidate and assess key benefits of the role that will attract the right candidates.

  • Strategy

    To find the most qualified pool of candidates, we use our local knowledge, market expertise and exclusive database of Life Sciences specialists and mid-level managers, with whom we have maintained relationships for many years.

  • Screening

    Once we have identified potential candidates, we perform a thorough screening process that evaluates their career track record, technical skills and cultural fit. Only suitable candidates are then presented for the client’s evaluation.

  • Interviewing

    We help our clients to coordinate the interviewing process and take care of all the logistical arrangements. During this stage the client can also choose to use an assessment center, psychometric or technical testing as part of the vetting process.

  • Referencing

    Once interviews are completed, we perform the final pre-employment verifications on each applicant by collecting reference checks from their nominated referees.

  • Placement

    Upon selection, we help to prepare a hiring package and ensure that all of our placed candidates are supported during transition and onboarding stages, so they can make an immediate impact.
